Lis grew up on the Peninsula and lives locally with her family. She has a diverse background in law including experience in property, planning, wills and estates, and family law. Lis holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. Lis is particularly passionate about collaborative law and is currently working toward accreditation as a Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. 

Lis has worked for prominent firms including Deacons and Gadens, local firms, and in family businesses whilst raising her children. Known for her approachable and relatable style, Lis focusses on finding practical and effective solutions for her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
